Are you an experienced Sales Representative looking for your next opportunity? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment? We are currently looking for Sales Representative that can generate sales by engaging with our partners. As well as by building relationships and trust via inbound calls and emails.


You will be successful in this role by excelling in growing, are goal-oriented and can hunt for leads to achieve sales goals. You will achieve sales goals by not only working existing clients but also inbound leads, as well as seeking out outbound leads. And commission is uncapped too!

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain sufficient activity levels to ensure sales quotas are met on a weekly basis
  • Build a pipeline for future business through prospecting. Forecasts daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly sales metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Help clients’ transition and begin service with MedPro Disposal.
  • Handle customer inquiries while prioritizing escalated issues in a timely manner. Be responsible for managing existing customers, setting appointments, attending sales trainings, writing proposals and closing sales
  • Become familiar with MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solution products and services and the value-add to customers
  • Problem solve for customers by identifying solutions for issues and areas of growth with additional services. Upsell ancillary products with consultative dialogue to increase value in the client portfolio.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions via phone and email.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to use multiple technology platforms simultaneously.
  • Sales experience (2-3 yrs) that allows for identification of service needs not being utilized.
  • B2B Sales, Waste Management (Medical or Solid), Shipping or Logistics experience all a plus!
  • Desire to learn and grow within a rapid growth company.
  • Positive attitude with a daily focus on quality and effort, open/receptive to feedback.
